The house can only be rented as a hole complex.
It is forbidden to burn candles, torches etc. Fireworks need permission.
The house has two floors. On the first floor there is an open kitchen with a fireplace hall, small bedroom for two and a bathroom. The second floor has 8 individual beds. 

1. Booking and payment

Booking the house via telephone or email, we ask the booking fee of 80€, witch must be payed in 3 days.

The booking fee can be payed via bank transfer or at site.

Paying with a bank transfer please state your name and suitable date.

If the booking fee is not payed within 3 working days, the booking will be canceled.

2. Cancelling the booking  

The cancellation notice must be sent via email. The booking fee is non-refundable

The house renting starts at 15.00 and ends 12.00.

Final cleaning 50eur which must be payed when the house is not cleaned properly upon return

When renting the house a lease agreement will be signed
